Don`t know if you are considering Norway, but if you are, Stryn (http://www.gostryn.com/StrynSommerski/index.htm) and Folgefonna (www.folgefonn.no) are the two places recognized for having good summer skiing and snowboarding opportunities. They usually have a lot of bigjumps, rails and other fun obstacles! Couldn`t find an english version of Folgefonna`s webpage but I saw you had som norwgian going. God luck on you trip to Europe.
